Rules and Regulations for staff


Attendance of worker’s is compulsory. Prior permission must be sought for any absence.

English language is the main medium of communication for the staff.

Late coming is prohibited.

No visitor is allowed to meet any teacher during class hours.

Visitors should leave any message in head teacher’s office or come after class hours.

Make learning real not obstruct. Make sure that your place of work is conducive.

Do not allow children to go under rain.

No teacher on duty should leave school before the release of children.

Any teacher in duty should not make a mistake of leaving children in class in case the one crossing them is not seen.

No meals for non-staff and children who are not schooling from Good Care Nursery and Primary school.

Marking learner’s books should be done strictly in class not in the staff room.

Phones should be in vibration when teaching. All teachers should always dress decently.

Alcohol and smoking is strictly prohibited.

Any worker proved guilty of stealing property belonging to anybody or to school will be given indefinite suspension.

All teachers should prepare schemes of work. Lessons plans, records of work and learning aids approved to teach.

Defilement is strictly prohibited.

There is no race discrimination, religion, language, sex etc.

A teacher should follow their professional code of conduct.

All staff must attend all services irrespective of their religious dominations.

This is to ensure order.

No mother is allowed to breast feed, carry and soothe the child in class.

All workers are expected to be polite, respectful and obedient to their superior’s cooperative and considerate to their workmates.

Workers should be neutral in polite and no joining bad peer groups.

All staff shall be expected to have a heart of ownership of this institution by being a custodian of the institution.

Above all, staff should ensure true time management.
