Library
The library is therefore multipurpose where not only reading books but will also cater for computer training lessons, demonstrations by pupils to their teachers and internet for sharing advance information worldwide, but since at the moment we have limited space to accommodate all our pupils there, pupils borrow and read the books then make their personal notes. The pupils after borrowing the books from library, they are instructed to sit in the compound without the librarian or teacher’s guidance because of space, but are only told to report after completing the book
Information Communication Technology
Even though at the moment we still have few computers and a small space, we aim to ensuring that your children taught by us today, are sufficiently equipped and confident to be able to use the technologies of tomorrow because we are passionate about providing exceptional teaching of ICT.
The construction of a water pump
the school has transformed the school sanitation and pupils have a conducive and attractive school atmosphere and we are able to prevent water bone diseases. The previous supply of water was majorly through employing a person and using a bicycle to fetch water from a stream to be used by all pupils which has been insufficient. This gift was provided by hope community development initiative (HOCODI) Uganda and was funded by Janet and Bill in memory of their father ROY JOHN BUETTNER “A MAN’S MAN” (18th Oct 1919-14th April 2015) from USA. The project was monitored by the Holy Cross Sisters our partners led by SR. SEMERITHA MBAMBU Virika convent fort portal and thereafter completion, the water was blessed by REV. FR. MBUSA VICENT CSC in June 2021.
